Delivering DIB Compliance Certainty

I’ve shared my take on DIB Compliance Debt and the top DIB compliance risk, but it’s not all doom and gloom. The techniques and technologies required to deliver compliance certainty are proven.

To deliver compliance certainty in IT networks, systems, and data, the DIB must have capabilities to answer the following questions:

  1. What information do we need to make accurate and timely export control decisions?
  2. Where and when do we need to make export control decisions?
  3. Is(are) the resulting export(s) authorized?

When the information required for an accurate and timely decision is supplied to a decision-maker, the decision logic can be automated. Through automation, we deliver certainty and speed in decision-making. Automating and integrating controls in IT networks, systems, and data delivers compliance certainty.

The certainty is measurable. It is visualized and monitored. It is empirical proof of compliance, or the lack thereof.

If you’d like to learn more about the capabilities required to deliver compliance certainty in your IT ecosystems, shoot me a private message.
